What we collect when you visit www.ngenium.ai, what we don't, and how to reach us about it.

Ngenium AI ("Ngenium", "we", "us") is an IT engineering services firm headquartered in Plano, Texas. This notice explains how we handle personal information in connection with our website, www.ngenium.ai. It does not cover information handled under a signed services agreement with a customer — that is governed by the terms of that agreement.
We want to be specific rather than vague, because most of this notice is about what is absent:
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard web server logs for every request: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, your browser's user-agent string, and the referring page. These logs exist for security and operational troubleshooting and are retained by the hosting provider under its own standard retention period.
Information you send us directly. If you email us at sales-US@ngenium.ai or support@ngenium.ai, or call us, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, company, contact details, and a description of your technical environment or requirement. We use it only to respond to you and to manage the resulting business relationship.
A functional browser storage entry. If you dismiss the event banner at the top of the page, your browser stores a single flag (a localStorage entry) so the banner stays dismissed on your next visit. This flag holds no personal information, is never transmitted to us or anyone else, and you can clear it at any time through your browser's site-data settings.
Our pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). To serve those files, Google receives your IP address and user-agent as part of the request. Google's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy. We use no other third-party services on this site.
We use the information above to operate and secure the website and to respond to enquiries. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who make the site work (our hosting provider and, for the reason described above, Google Fonts), or where we are legally required to do so.
You can browse this site without providing any personal information. If you have contacted us and would like to know what we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted, email sales-US@ngenium.ai and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR, PIPEDA and Québec's Law 25 in Canada, or state privacy laws in the United States; we will honour applicable requests.
The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we apply the same operational discipline to our own systems that we apply to our customers'.
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we add analytics, a working contact form, or any other data collection to this site, we will update this notice and change the date above before doing so.
